How to claim Warranty & Service

For claiming Warranty or Service Related request kindly use the same WhatsApp Number used for order or quote us the number used for ordering

Once Request is raised in WhatsApp for service or warranty, a reverse pickup request is generated from us if your pincode is serviceable for reverse pickup

Once the return request is raised, kindly keep the faulty product packed in good condition, and the product will be picked up from your place by our logistics partner.

Once the return order is delivered to us, we service or replace the product and resend back to you at your delivery address

If your pincode is not within our reverse pickup coverage, you will have to arrange for delivery of faulty item by local courier at your expenses on the given address

Note:- Reverse pickup and delivery service is free of cost within warranty, if any physical damages to the product will attract charges accordingly, which will be informed to you prior to service.
